Loire valley

The Loire valley, is located in the middle stretch of the Loire river in central France. Notable for it's historic towns, architecture and wines. The Loire valley is the heart of France, famous for it's natural beauty and great wine.

The Loire valley wine region is one of the world's most well known areas of wine production and includes several French wine regions situated along the Loire river.

Due to it's local and marginal climate, the overall quality of a vintage has a dramatic effect on the quality of the region's wines more so than with other French wine regions. The most common hazard is that the cool climate will prevent the grapes from ripening fully and developing sugars needed to balance the naturally high acidity of the grapes.

The Loire valley contains several distinct wine regions, each with it's own characteristic grapes, appellations and styles:
* Pays Nanteis, on the Atlantic coast of Brittany, near the city of nantes has been producing wine since Roman era. The Region is known for Muscadet ( 31.12.2014 ) The largest white wine appellation in France, and the ultimate crisp, dry seaside wine.
* Anjou. Duch of Anjou was once a political power that rivaled the Kingdom of France for wealth and importance. Anjou produces many of the Loire valley's best sweet wines Bonnezeaux, Coteaux du Layon and Quarts de Chaume, all made from Chenin Blanc.
* Saumur is a picturesque city dominated by one of the most famous castles in France. Saumur produces Saumur - Champigny, one of the Loire valley's great Cabernet Franc red wines.
* Touraine, sometimes called the ''Garden of France''. Wine of the region include many famous appellations, including Vouvray, Bourgueil and St Nicolas de Bourgeuil, all made from Cabernet Franc.
* Centre Loire,as it's name implies, it's the exact geographical center of the France. Grapes have been grown here for at least 2000 years. This is the original home of Sauvignon Blanc. Lesser known but equally fine examples include Pouilly Fum`e, Menetou Salon and Reuilly. The region also produces excellent reds and ros`e from Pinot Noir in Sancerre.

Loire wines tend to exhibit a characteristic fruitiness with fresh, crisp flavors. A characteristic of many Loire wines, both red and white, is the high acidity.

Wish You all a greit Loire wine experience <3

Loreal Skin Perfection, review/ingredients

 Daily Moisturizer

I have been used this product for more than two weeks and from my heart/skin I can say it is good. I have an extremely dry skin, which means - sensitive, allergic, and sometimes truly annoying skin.

I had visited my dermatologist last week and he said that my skin looks better. I decided it is because tris moisturizer, which is the only one product I was changed in my skin care routine. But then my dermatologist suggested to check the ingredients, because he thins that fea ingredients can not be good for my skin. So I decided to check all ingredients and share the information with You, dear reader.
Water is the most widely used as a cosmetic ingredient. Water is almost always listed first on an ingredient label because it is usually the ingredient with the highest concentration. Yet, studies that have compared the water content of dry skin to that of normal or oily skin do not find a significant difference in moisture levels between them. Further, too much water in the skin can be a problem because it can disrupt the skin's intercellular matrix, the substances that keep skin cells bonded to each other.
Dimethicone and Methicone are silicone based polymers, the only difference between these two polymers is that the repeating unit of Dimethicone contains two methyl groups. Cosmetic manufactures like it because it makes Products easily spreadable, so we get that feeling of the moisturizer gliding over skin. Dimethicone also helps from a protective barrier on the skin, and can fill in the fine lines and wrinkles on the face, which is why it' s often used in makeup primers, also in this Skin Perfection. The most interesting fact I found out about dimethicone is that it is not good to be using in daily skin care, like petroleum products, silicone oils can actually make dry skin worse over time. It's strange, because I feel like my skin become better than before I started to use this moisturizer, but maybe it is because dry skin becomes worse over time if You are using silicons.
Glycerin can be made from natural products such as vegetable oil, or synthesized from propylene alcohol. The most people are very tolerant of glycerin, the effects of glycerin on skin are a healthier appearance.
It is almost impossible to find any information about this ingredient which makes me feel it is not something good for my skin. A tiny bit I found says - it uses as an emollient, binder and viscosity agent in cosmetic.
Cetyl alcohol is used as opacifier in shampoos, or as emollient, emulsifier or thickening agent in creams and lotions. People who suffer from eczema can be sensitive to it.
Silica is used in cosmetic because of it's ability to serve as an abrasive, anti caking agent and suspending agent. In cosmetics silica is relatively safe and harmless to use, but in higher concentrations, the ingredient may been linked to cancer, allergies and respiratory issues.
Talc has many uses in cosmetic as an absorbent, anti caking and filling agent. scientists found out that talc is absolutely safe to use in cosmetics.

PTFE aka Teflon!!! This ingredient have been associated with delayed menstruation and even cancer. It is used most widely in anti aging products and cosmetics, likely because it provides a smooth, sleek finish.
Polyethylene is a polymer made of repeating ethylene units. It is used in many cosmetic products. It can be used to dilute other solids, or to increase the thickness of the lipid/ oil portion of cosmetics. It helps to keep an emulsion from separating into it's oil and liquid components. Internet resources says that it is safe to be used in cosmetics.
PEG - Polyethylene Glycol Stearates are esters of polyethylene glycol and stearic acid. The PEG  Stearates are soft to waxy solids that are white to tan in color. The PEG Stearates clean the skin and hair by helping water to mix with oil and dirt so they can be rinsed away. Products and formulas containing PEG 100 Stearate should not be used on broken or irritated skin.
Stearic acid helps water and oil mix, the ingredient is added to many liquid cosmetics in low concentrations to function as an additive rather than active ingredient or cleansing agent. In these products, stearic acid helps prevent the formulas from separating into liquid and oily layers.
Stearyl Alcohol are long chain fatty alcohols, it's a white, waxy solid with a faint odor. It is also an ingredient that helps formulation from separation to oil and liquids.
carbomer is a term used for a series of polymers primarily made from acrylic acid . The Carbomers are white fluffy powders but are frequently used as gels in cosmetics and personal care products. The Carbomers help to distribute or suspend insoluble solid in a liquid. carbomers are often used to control the consistency and flow of cosmetics.
Most of us tend to assume that alcohol in cosmetics does not translate to happy hour :) But basically arachidyl alcohol is not that bad, it's a waxy substance used as thickening agent and emollient in cosmetics.
Dimethicone Vinyl Crosspolymer is a viscosity ingredient, also function as dispersing agent.

I was absolutely shocked when I finded out THAT MUCH chemical ingredients in one cream. Will never skimp on moisturizer, promise to myself :)

10 Things We all Need To Drop To Stay Motivated

We all sometimes struggling with staying motivated, we all sometimes strat things but never complete them, basically we all are normal human beings :D
In order to stay motivated we have to get rid of things that are weighing us down....
But How?
We can start stop stressing ourselves over things we can not control! Sounds easier than it actually is, but we all can exercise, play sports or even write blogs :D Whatever helps You! The big goal is learn how to ignore things that stress us out!
For me first step to reach that goal is focusing on the positive. Dropping negativity for me means distance myself from negative people, negative influence, negative news, negative everything as much as it possible. But that means that You will have to do so many things by ourselves. You will find out that You are buying food from angry seller, You have negative cleaner lady, etc.
Simple, just drop the lazy attitude - I don't have to cook, I'll buy something premaded... Do things by Yourself, and don't forget to put smile on Your face :)

Good Luck <3

Nostradame

Michael de Nostradame was a French apothecary who published prophecies that have become famous worldwide. The very first edition of his book materialized about 11 years before he died, while logic may suggest Nostradamu's claims could apply to almost any event, some of them rerily close to reality. I can't say I believe in things like this, but I foud some of them scary.

The Great Fire of London
Prediction:
The blood of the just will be lacking in London,
Burnt up in the fire of 66:
The ancient Lady will topple from her high place,
Many of the same sect will be killed.

The great fire of London was a major conflagration that swept through London

French Revolution
Prediction:
From the enslaved people, songs, chants and demands,
The princes and lords are held captive in prisons
In the future by such headless idiots
These will be taken as divine utterances.
Before the war comes,
The great wall will fall,
The King will be executed, his death coming too soon will be lamented.
The Guards will swim in blood,
Near the River Seine the soil will be bloodied.

The French Revolution was a period of radical social and political upheaval in French and European history. The absolute monarchy that had ruled France for centuries collapsed in three years. Old ideas about hierarchy and tradition succumbed to new Enlightenment principles of citizenship and inalienable rights.

Rise of Napoleon
Prediction:
Will be more of the fire than of the blood,
To swim in praise,
the great one to flee to the confluence.
He will refuse entry to the Piuses,
The depraved ones and the Durance will keep them imprisoned.

This, again, is one of the famous prophecy of Nostradamus  in which he directly mentioned the name of person. In this quatrain Nostradamus mentions about the rise of napoleon and describe Napoleon as "more of fire than of blood''.

Benefits of coffee for your skin!

While drinking a cup of coffee gets you that internal boost, rubbing your skin with a soap or cream that contains coffee also promises a whole set of benefits that make coffee a favourite skin ''drink''.

Why is coffee that good for our skin?

It's a rich source of antioxidants. The environment is full of free radicals that wreak havoc on the skin. Antioxidants fight premature aging on the skin.

Because coffee is a diuretic, creams and scrubs containing coffee can temporarily minimize the visibility of cellulite by drawing fluid away fat cells, essentially dehydrating the fat cells. This shrinks their size, resulting in a tightening effect from the outside. Heck yes!!

Though it seems counterintuitive given it's stimulant nature, coffee can actually also calm inflamed and red skin thanks to the same antioxidants that protect it from aging as I already said.

You know how coffee wakes You up in the morning?
Coffee does the same thing for Your skin!

Coffee for someone?

Languedoc is a former province of France.

The government of Languedoc was created in the middle of the 16th century.

Languedoc is a significant producer of wine, and a major contributor to the surplus known as the wine lake.
Today it produces more than a third of the grapes in France.

While ''Languedoc'' can refer to a specific historic region, usage since 20th century has primarily referred to the northern part of the region Languedoc Roussillon.

The history of Languedoc wines can be traced to the first vineyards planted along the coast near Narbonne by the early Greeks in the fifth century BC.
During both World Wars the Languedoc was responsible for providing the daily rations given to French soldiers.

The Languedoc Roussillon region shared many terrain and climate characteristics with the neighboring regions of Rhone and Provence. The composition of soil in the Languedoc varies from the chalk, limestone and gravel soils inland to more alluvial soils near the coast.

Wines from the Mediterranean coast of Languedoc are labeled as Languedoc, those from the interior have other labels such as Fronton, Gaillac ar Limoux. But wines from this region can also carry an enormous number of names, ranging from broad regional designations to very specific geographical classifications with restrictions on grape variety.

The five best known appellations in the Languedoc include
*Languedoc AOC
*Coribi`eres AOC
*Faug`eres
*Minervois AOC
*Saint Chinian AOC

Syrah is a principal grape in many Languedoc red blends, but the area is home to numerous grape varieties, including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.

How to Deal with Arguments in a Relationship

Sometimes I end up arguing with my loved one for the smallest reasons, but the most important is always to remember to do anything to avoid hurting a partner. Of course it's not always possible, but at least we try. We always try to remember one, we think, the most important arguing rule:

'' Arguments in a relationship doesn't make one of you win, actually it makes both of you lose in love ''

Because it is so easy to start an argument, but who really likes the pain? No one! Not me, not You, Not my or your partner.

If I feel hurt by something that my boyfriend's done I'm just trying to mention that in right way.

But seriously... Do we all really believe in the magic 10 tips to make our relationship perfect and arguing free? Do we really believe in Santa? Do we really believe in magic wands? And the prince with white unicorn also is somewhere there?
I' m happy for you if you believe in all this, but seriously - STOP living your life in the wonderland and come back to reality!
People are different!
Mens are different than women's!
Sometimes You don't know what You want or how to react!
The truth is simple - different people perceive things differently. Differently, I said, not WRONG!

Ever thought about tolerance?
No?
Then Think about it a lot!!!
But don't forget who you really are! Don't forget that you have an opinion! Two people in the world, no matter how ment for each other they are, will never agree about everything. This is just the way life is... Some people even claim that arguments are healthy in relationship and you only argue with someone you love.

Let's love people with who we sometimes arguing...
